If any services are needed outside of your plan package there are 2 options: 1) update to an applicable package or 2) additional services will be billed at the regular hourly rate.

NOT INCLUDED SERVICES AND COSTS
Stock Photography, Professional Fonts, Animation (excluding PPT), Subscriptions, Social Media Management, Marketing Implementation, Copywriting, Copy Editing, Video Editing, Website Management, Domain Registration Setup/Fees, Email Hosting Setup/Fees, SEO, Paid Advertising, Third-Party Supplier Costs, Out-of-Pocket Expenses

These services/products are available outside of the retainer packages and would require a separate agreement.

ADDITIONAL FEES
RUSH FEE – a fee of 25% of the total “rush” hours will be applied to any request made to have materials sooner than agreed upon timing, short-deadline requests, and requests to work on weekends and/or holidays.

How does it work?

GETTING STARTED
After receipt of signed contract and payment, we schedule a 60-minute strategy session to plan our work together.

REGULAR CHECK-INS
Upon request, reviews can be made regarding current or upcoming graphic design projects.

NEW PROJECTS
Once new requests are made, work can begin within the parameters of the retainer agerement.

PRODUCTION
Regular check-in are made for project feedback. WildGraphics takes pride in our commitment to staying within budget and meeting deadlines.

How does one get started?

CONTACT ME
Send a message to book a free 20-minute introductory meeting to learn more about each other and for you to describe your graphic design needs. Once you have decided on which package works best for you, you will recieve a contract to sign. Once this is signed and payment is received, then work can begin!

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment for retainers are billed either in full at the onset of the retainer, or on a monthly basis for the duration of the retainer. Monthly invoices are billed on the 1st workday of the month and include the monthly retainer rate for the upcoming month and any additional charges from the previous month.

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice, not to exceed 30 days, based on chosen payment schedule.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Bill.com, Zelle, or by check (payable to Asa Wild).

Please note that all retainer package fees are final and non-refundable, so you are encouraged to ask your questions before purchasing.

How are allotted hours managed?

TIME TRACKING
All time is tracked while working on your projects and will be reported on the provided invoices.

UNUSED HOURS
At the end of each month any unused hours expire in order to plan upcoming workload and ensure availablity.

ADDITIONAL HOURS NEEDED
If additional hours are needed in any given month, those hours will be billed at the hourly rate of that retainer package.

CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT RULES
Retainer contract agreements have a minimum commitment of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months before a new agreement is needed.

At the end of your contract, a meeting is scheduled to review your current graphic design needs. If you want to renew the contract or change to a different package option, this is a good time to do that.

CUSTOM PACKAGE
Should your specific needs fall outside these predefined packages, a custom retainer crafted to align with your unique preferences and requirements can be explored.

CANCELATIONS
Retainer agreement may be canceled with no cancelation fee at anytime after the minimum engagement period if fulfilled. If cancelation occurs before the minimum engagement is complete, then the Client must pay a cancelation fee of 50% of the remaining minimum engagement.
